I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to follow up on the public records request I submitted on Wednesday, July 30th, regarding the procurement and usage records of Dibrom (Naled) by the Collier County Mosquito Control District.

As of today, 8/5/25 I have not received an acknowledgment or response. I would appreciate confirmation that my request was received and is being processed, along with an estimated

timeframe for fulfillment, per Florida’s public records law (Chapter 119, Florida Statutes).
