Unsafe Helicopter flights

Dear Collier County Mosquito Control District,

I would like to express my serious concern about the unsafe activities of your helicopter near my condominium. I reside in a high-rise condo at a development named The Dunes of Naples, at 285 Grande Way, Naples 34110.

On Monday, May 5, 2025, your helicopter made repeated flights very close to my residence. I'm attaching a photo taken from my window on the 4th floor, of your helicopter.

Your aircraft made several flights past my building, flying very close to the tower and DIRECTLY OVER the swimming pool area, apparently spraying insecticide onto the pool and the surrounding area.

Further, the proximity of your aircraft to our building (a 17-story high rise tower) created a significant potential danger to the building's occupants.

On a previous occasion about a month ago, your drone crashed into the mangroves directly adjacent to my building, demonstrating that aircraft accidents are certainly possible.

Please revise your spraying approach so that your aircraft (manned or unmanned) maintain a reasonable and safe distance away from our building, and also avoid spraying insecticide on our pool area!
